We are constantly producing and putting out new content on a weekly basis and future training modules will cover topics never covered before, like: managing the sales floor; recruiting, hiring and maintaining a staff of rockstars; leadership principals dealers and key managers should know; creating a customer focused culture; inventory acquisition and the list literally goes on and on and on! We also have a focused priority to be affordable and not increase our low monthly subscription prices to make a buck.

Justin M. Osburn
Justin is the CoFounder of Clutch Training Services. He offers over 15 years experience in BHPH and Retail executive management. Over his career Justin has served as a sales professional, finance director, sales manager, general manager, Chief Operations Officer and owner. Justin’s formal education in Organizational Development and Adult Learning catalyzes dynamic retail 20 groups and on-site consulting. Justin has also served in the United States Army, has been elected for public offices, holds an international patent and served on numerous business board of directors. He is a public speaker, published author and previously served as the senior instructor of the NIADA Certified Master Dealer’s Program and retail moderator in the United States and Canada.
Justin has been a nationally recognized speaker, author, industry trainer and consultant in the Retail Independent Automotive Dealer space for 2 years. He began his automotive career as a sales professional for Royal Toyota/Volvo in 2005 in Bloomington, Indiana. Within a few months, Justin was promoted to the finance manager spinning just over 100 deals a months.
In 2007, Justin partnered with a Franchise Owner to open a Buy Here Pay Here dealership in Butler, Missouri. Starting with one detailer, Justin built his Buy Here Pay Here Dealership to three locations, an internal service company, a consulting company as well as an IT and software development/CRM company. Justin operated the BHPH dealerships until 2014 with just over 9 million dollars in receivables in a related finance company and selling just over 70 vehicles a month.
From there, Justin moved back to the franchise side as the General Manager of a growing Chevy, GMC, Buick dealership where he was the daily operator of the used vehicle department, fixed operations, a BDC and accounting.
In 2015 Justin also performed Chief Operating Officer duties over three new car stores providing leadership, training and other initiatives to affect profitability.
Justin joined the NIADA (National Independent Automotive Dealer Association) team in 2017 as the retail 20 Group executive moderator. In just over two years, Justin formed 5 new retail 20 Groups and was named the NIADA Certified Master Dealer instructor in 2018. Justin has personally consulted and trained countless retail dealers one-on-one in private and public settings in a diverse set of operational issues.
Cory Collins, CoFounder
Cory Collins is a 27-year automotive retail veteran with a specialization in Finance Department Development both in prime and non-prime settings. A proven track record of taking a $300 a car store with no special finance department to a multi-million dollar a year profit center that averages an additional 10% more volume as a direct result of the special finance department.
Starting his career in 1994 as a sales consultant it was quickly shown through work ethic, attitude, and focus this was the business for Cory. Starting at a small used car operation in small town rural Indiana the opportunity for growth was small.
The opportunities had to be found and in 2002 Cory became the Finance Manager for Stephens Honda Hyundai a career that one year later would result in managing the Hyundai Sales Desk and running the Finance Department for both Honda and Hyundai stores this was all accomplished at the early age of 23.
Cory searching to expand his knowledge would spend the next four years at two different Chevrolet Dealerships before landing a closers position at a 700 plus per month high volume Toyota Dealership. As one of the only management members to ever be hired outside of the dealership it was an excellent opportunity to prove himself aside from the competition. Leading a top performing team would lead to being noticed by a competitive Toyota Dealership that had been newly opened and yet again an opportunity to grow.
Cory finally finding his long term home has spent the last 12 years as a Finance Director in a Chevrolet Buick GMC store in Southern, Indiana while working in this store he was able to not only help be part of a team that would make it a top performing store but also able to accomplish some personal goals earning his Associates Degree from Indiana Wesleyan in Business Science a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwood University in Automotive Retail and now currently enrolled in the Northwood MBA program where he will be the first in his family to achieve his Master’s Degree.
A success driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry Cory’s ambition is to help others learn from what he has put together over the last twenty years to what he believes is a true recipe for success.
